1. Free to Use

Tbadel is completely free to download and use. All users can browse listings, create accounts, and submit offers without any charges.

2. Login Options

You can sign in to the app using:

  • Email and password
  • Mobile number with OTP
  • Apple account
  • Google account

3. Language Support

Tbadel is available in multiple languages. You can change the app language anytime from the settings.

4. Free & Premium Listings

  • Each user can post up to 3 free listings per month.
  • Listings stay active for 30 days, after which they are automatically removed.
  • You can edit your listings anytime via the "My Items" section.
  • All listings are reviewed by the moderation team before appearing in the app.
  • If your listing is rejected, you’ll receive a notification, and the listing won’t be deducted from your quota.

5. Premium Subscription – $1.99/Month

With a paid subscription, you get:

  • Unlimited number of listings
  • Verified badge on your profile
  • 3 premium listings per month with higher visibility
  • Note: Unused premium listings do not roll over to the next month

6. Barter System (Give Offer)

  • When you send an offer, your item is placed on "Hold" and hidden from search results.
  • If the offer is rejected, the item will reappear automatically.
  • Offers cannot be withdrawn, but you can repost the item as a new listing.
  • If the offer is accepted, you’ll receive a notification and be redirected to the chat to coordinate with the other user.

7. Location-Based Features

Some features like nearby listings and distance filters require access to your device location.

You can manage these permissions in your phone settings.

8. User Responsibility

Tbadel facilitates barter transactions but does not guarantee product quality or user reliability.

Users are fully responsible for verifying items and parties before making any exchange.

9. Prohibited Content

It is forbidden to post:

  • Illegal, offensive, or misleading content
  • Inappropriate or copyrighted images
  • Duplicate or deceptive listings
    Violations may lead to listing removal or account suspension.

10. Account Suspension Policy

Accounts that violate the terms may be suspended without notice.

Repeated violations may result in permanent banning.

11. Reporting Abuse or Misuse

You can report any suspicious or inappropriate activity directly through the app.

The moderation team will review and take action as necessary.

12. Notifications

You’ll receive in-app or email notifications about:

  • Listing approvals or rejections
  • Offer responses (accept/reject)
  • Account-related updates

13. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account at any time through the app’s settings.

Once deleted, all your listings, offers, and chats will be permanently removed.

14. Data Usage and Storage

Tbadel only stores necessary data (e.g., listing details, account info) to operate the platform.

No financial transactions are processed through the app.

Your personal data is never shared without your consent.

Contractual terms for using Tbadel   application

If you view or otherwise access any content or data on the Tbadel App , you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this App.

We reserve the right to change any or all of these Terms of Use or other terms relating to the use of this Application at any time by posting new terms or conditions on our Website.

This Application and the Service are provided to you subject to these Terms of Use.(Terms) By accessing the Application or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms. For the purpose of these Terms and wherever the context requires, the terms “ you ” and “ your ” shall mean any person who uses the Website or the Service in any way, including persons who use this Application and its contents and post comments or any content or respond to any advertisements or any content on the Website.

2. Service Description and Content Policy

Tbadel is the next generation of online classifieds. We act as a forum that allows users who comply with these terms to offer, sell, buy and exchange products and services listed on the site. Although you may be able to pay or conduct other transactions through the website through other merchants , Tbadel Do not interfere in any way with such processes. As a result and according to our more detailed discussions in these terms, you agree and acknowledge that the ( Tbadel ) application It is not a party to such transactions, and has no control over any element of the transaction. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for and must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content. You may not rely on such Content, and Tbadel shall not be liable in any way for the Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the browsing, use or reading of any Content, emails listed or otherwise made available through the Service. Tbadel shall not be obligated to pre -screen or approve any Content, however, Tbadel shall have the right , in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or remove any Content that is or may be available through the Service for violating these Terms and Tbadel becomes aware of such violation or for any other reason or for no reason at all. Furthermore, the Site and the Content available on the Site may contain links to other websites (Third Party Sites), which are completely unrelated to the Tbadel application . If you connect to Third Party Sites, you may be subject to the terms and conditions of use of these Third Party Sites and other policies. To the extent permitted by law, the Tbadel application does not make any representations or warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the information contained in Third Party Sites, and your connection to other sites is, to the extent permitted by law, entirely at your own risk, and the Tbadel application disclaims all responsibility for this.

 

To the extent permitted by law, you are solely responsible for your own Content that you post on, transmit through, or link to from the Service. More specifically, you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, email, or otherwise make available via the Service. In connection with such Content posted, transmitted through or linked from the Service by you, you affirm, represent, warrant and represent that : (1) you own and continue to own the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use such Content on the Service or the Electronic Application for the entire time that the Content is available on the Electronic Application, including without limitation all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright and other proprietary rights in and to such Content, and authorize the ( Tbadel ) Application to use such Content to enable its inclusion and use in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Electronic Application and these Terms, (2) you have the written consent and / or release and / or permission of each and every identifiable individual person or company in the Content to use the name or likeness of each and every identifiable individual person or company to enable the inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Electronic Application and these Terms. For further clarification, you retain all of your ownership rights in such content, but by submitting any content to the electronic application, you hereby grant the ( Tbadel ) application an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the electronic application and the operation of the ( Tbadel ) application and its successors ( including, without limitation, for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the electronic application or the content contained therein ( and derivative works thereof) . In any media format and through any media channels now known or hereafter known. Tbadel requires these rights to host and display your Content. By posting Content to any public area of the Service, you hereby agree to grant Tbadel all rights necessary to prevent or permit any aggregation ,Display , copy, photograph, reproduce or otherwise exploit the Content on the Service or the Website by any party for any purpose in violation of these Terms. These rights are perpetual, irrevocable, and may be exercised worldwide. You hereby grant each user of the Website a non-exclusive license to access the Content through the Website (this license excludes data mining and any other possible use for commercial purposes ). The aforementioned license to each user granted by you terminates once you or Tbadel removes or deletes such Content from the Website.

 

Tbadel does not endorse or authorize any Content, or any opinion, statement, recommendation or advice expressed in the Application, and to the extent permitted by law, Tbadel expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. Tbadel does not permit copyright infringement and intellectual property infringement activities on the Application, and Tbadel may, at its sole discretion , remove any infringing Content. Tbadel reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice. Tbadel may also terminate a User’s access to the Site if he/she is found to be a repeat infringer or is found to be engaging in any acts that violate these Terms. A repeat infringer is any User who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and / or has had his/her submitted Content removed more than once. Furthermore, Tbadel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms.

 

 

 

3. Premium Advertising Packages

Tbadel application provides a service known as (Premium Ad Packages ) , through which users can pay a non-refundable fee to publish their ads in selected locations on the site, which increases the likelihood of seeing the ads. In order to purchase a featured ad, you may have to transfer certain information through another service provider, paypal , or a third party site that may be subject to its own terms of use and other policies. Tbadel application does not provide any commitment or guarantee regarding the safety or security of information transmitted to a third party site, and your link to any third party site is entirely at your own risk, and Tbadel application disclaims any responsibility related to that .

 

 

4. Behavior

You agree not to post , email , host, display, upload , modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site or otherwise make available Content that:

violates any law or regulation.

 

is copyrighted, patented, protected by trade secret or trademark, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission or a license from their rightful owner to post the material and grant ( Tbadel ) all of the license rights granted to you.

 

violates any of the foregoing intellectual property rights of any party or you do not have the right to make such content available under any law, regulation or any other applicable law or regulation. Contractual or credit.

 

is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, contains religious or sexual abuse, defamation, obscenity , pornography, child sexual exploitation, libel, invasive of privacy or other rights, hateful, racist, ethnically or sexually offensive, slanderous, relates to or encourages money laundering or illegal gambling, or causes or could cause harm to minors in any way, or is otherwise unlawful.

 

Harasses, insults, threatens or incites hatred towards any individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation , race , ethnicity , age or disability.

 

Violates any local equal employment opportunity laws ( including but not limited to those prohibiting the statement in any employment advertisement of any preference or requirement based on the race, color, religion , sex , national origin, age or disability of the applicant).

 

Includes any personal or identifying information about another person without that person's express consent.

 

, including but not limited to any Tbadel employee , or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent any affiliation with a person or entity.

 

deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of such messages or provides any information that is grossly offensive or threatening in nature.

 

Is false, deceptive, misleading , misleading, or contains a " deceptive advertisement ".

 

constitutes or contains " pyramid schemes " , " jokes " , " affiliate marketing " , " link referral code " , " junk mail " , " spam " , " chain letters " , " soothing " , " opt-in marketing" , " referral selling " or other unsolicited advertising of a commercial nature.

 

Constitutes or contains any type of advertising or solicitation if (1) it is posted in areas or categories on the Website not designated for such purposes; or ( 2) it is emailed to Tbadel users who have requested not to be contacted regarding other services, products or commercial interests.

Advertise any illegal services or sell any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including but not limited to the sale of items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by applicable law.

 

Contains software viruses or other computer code, files , or programs designed to interrupt , destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, telecommunications equipment, or other computer resources.

 

Interrupts the normal flow of conversation with a large number of messages ( flooding attacks ) to the Service, or otherwise negatively impacts other users' ability to use the Service.

 

Employs deceptive email addresses, forged headers, or other manipulated identifiers to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.

 

In addition, you agree not to:

Contact anyone who has requested not to be contacted or make any unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose, in particular contact any other user to advertise on a third party site or post any advertisement on behalf of such user, or " stalk " or otherwise harass any person.

 

Make any defamatory or libelous comments or posts against any person.

 

Collect personal data about other users or entities for commercial or unlawful purposes.

 

Use automated means, including spiders, robots , crawlers , data mining tools , or the like to download or scrape data from the Service except for use in Internet search engines ( e.g., Google ) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. , archive.org) , that comply with our robots.txt files.

 

Post content that is out of the local area or not relevant to the local area, repeatedly post the same or similar content, or otherwise impose any disproportionate or unreasonable load on our servers or other infrastructure.

 

Posting the same items or services in multiple categories or classified forums or in multiple major cities.

 

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to computer systems owned or controlled by the ( Tbadel ) application or participating in any activities that interrupt or reduce the quality of the service or electronic application or interfere with their performance or limit their functional performance.

 

Use any form of automated device or computer software sometimes referred to as “ tagging tools ” which enables the use of the Tbadel App 's " flagging system " or other community control activities without manually entering each flag by a human who initiates the flag, an automated flagging device , or using any of the suspension tools to remove competitor or third-party posts or remove posts without a reasonable good faith belief that the flagged post violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

 

Use any automated device or software that enables the submission of automated postings on the Tbadel Application without full human intervention or control (“ Automated Posting Device ”) including, without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device in connection with bulk postings or to automatically submit postings at certain times or intervals;

 

Any content uploaded by you must comply with applicable laws and may be disabled or subject to review under applicable laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in non-compliance with laws and regulations, these Terms or the Privacy Policy of the Application, we may terminate your account / block you from accessing the Application and we reserve the right to remove any non-compliant content uploaded by you.

 

 

5. Paid Posts

Tbadel may charge fees for Content posted in certain designated areas of the Service ( Paid Content ). The fees allow for Paid Content to be posted in designated areas of the Application. Each party posting Paid Content to the Service is responsible for the Content and its compliance with the Terms. Any such fees paid hereunder are non-refundable if any Content is removed from the Service for violating these Terms. Additional terms relating to Paid Content will be set forth in full in the relevant section ( s ) .

 

 

 

6. Publishing agents

As used in these Terms, the term “ Posting Agents ” refers to a third party agent, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others. Tbadel prohibits the use of Posting Agents , directly or indirectly, without the express written permission of Tbadel . In addition , Posting Agents are not permitted to post Content on behalf of others directly or indirectly or otherwise access the Service to post Content on behalf of others except with express written permission or license from Tbadel .

 

 

 

7. Access to the Service

Tbadel grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your personal use. The license granted under these Terms does not include : ( a ) access to or use of the Service by posting agents; or ( b ) any collection, aggregation, copying , display or derivative use of the Service nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by Tbadel or as otherwise set forth in these Terms . Notwithstanding the foregoing, general purpose Internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided that they each do so from a fixed IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and comply with our robots.txt file, may engage in the activities described in clause ( b ). For purposes of this exception, “ general purpose internet search engine ” does not include any website, search engine or other service that specializes in classified listings that include any subset of classified advertisement listings such as housing, for sale, jobs , services , or personal ads, or that otherwise provides classified advertisement listing services. The license in this section permits you to display on your website or create a hyperlink to individual postings on the Service so long as such use is for non-commercial and / or news reporting purposes only ( e.g., for use in personal blogs or other personal media ) . Tbadel may limit the number of postings displayed or linked to your website. Use of the Service outside the scope of the authorized access set forth in these Terms immediately terminates any permission or license granted hereunder. In order to collect, aggregate, copy , duplicate , display , or make derivative use of the Service or any Content made available via the Service for other purposes ( including commercial purposes ) not set forth in these Terms , you must first obtain a license from Tbadel .

 

8. Notice of Claims of Infringement

If you are an intellectual property owner or an agent fully authorized to act on behalf of an intellectual property owner and believe that any Content or other Content infringes your intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of the owner on whose behalf you are authorized to act, you may submit a notice to Tbadel App along with any request to Tbadel App to remove the relevant Content in good faith. The notice and request must contain the following information :

An electronic or physical signature of any person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

 

Identification of the intellectual property rights that are claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple intellectual property rights in a single electronic application are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works on this application.

 

Identification of the Content ( by means of a data link, communication, advertisement identification, etc. ) that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Tbadel to locate the material.

 

Information reasonably sufficient to permit Tbadel to contact you , such as an address, telephone number , and email address if available.

 

A signed statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.

 

A signed statement stating that the intellectual property owner holds Tbadel harmless from any third party claim relating to Tbadel’s removal of the relevant content .

 

A signed statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

 

 

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The materials on the Electronic Application other than the User Content licensed by you under these Terms, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, images, audio, music, video, interactive features and the like (“ Materials ”) , and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ( “ Marks ”) are owned by or licensed to Tbadel , and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under local laws, foreign laws and international treaties and conventions. The Application may display certain trademarks of third parties in connection with these Services. The use of such trademarks may be subject to a license granted by third parties to Tbadel, and you shall not in any way reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble such goods, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right in such goods. The materials on the electronic application are provided to you as is for your information and personal use only, and may not be used, copied , reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. Tbadel reserves all rights not exclusively granted under these terms to the site and the materials. You agree not to associate with or engage in the use, copying or distribution of any of the materials other than as authorized under these terms, including any use, copying or distribution of third party materials obtained through the electronic application for any commercial purposes. You also agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with the security-related features of the website or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any of the materials or enforce restrictions on the use of the electronic application or the materials contained therein. The content displayed on or through the service is protected by copyright as a work and / or collective compilation pursuant to copyright laws and other international laws and treaties. Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from, or redistribution of the Application, the Materials, the collective work, or the Compilation is strictly prohibited. Copying or reproducing the Application, the Materials, or any portion thereof to any other server or location for further copying or redistribution is expressly prohibited.

 

 

 

 

10. User Submissions

This Section 10 has important legal consequences and effects on you. This Section excludes or limits the legal responsibilities and obligations of the ( Tbadel ) application ; any rights you have against the ( Tbadel ) application under it are limited or excluded; and you bear any responsibility or obligation. You accept that many things can go wrong when using the application and / or the services and / or when viewing and / or using the content. You bear responsibility and liability for those events that occur, and you have no right to raise any claim against the ( Tbadel ) application if they occur. When using the electronic application, you will be exposed to content from many sources, and to the extent permitted by law, the ( Tbadel ) application does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights related to that content, and you agree and bear all responsibilities related to the use. You also understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent , objectionable, defamatory or libelous, and to the extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 19, you agree to waive and hereby waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Tbadel with respect thereto .

 

 

 

11. Indemnification

This Section 11 has important legal consequences for you. This Section excludes or limits the legal responsibilities and obligations of the Tbadel application ; any rights you may have against the Tbadel application are limited or excluded; you assume any responsibility or liability; and you indemnify the Tbadel application and other persons from any liability or liability. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 19, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tbadel, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses ( whether direct , indirect or consequential ) , liabilities, costs or debt and expenses ( including, without limitation, attorneys' fees ) arising from : (1) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (2) your violation of any third party right, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or privacy right; or (3) any claim that your Content has caused damage to a third party. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 19, this defense and indemnification obligation shall survive any termination, modification or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Service and the Electronic Application.

 

 

 

12. No Spam Policy

This Section 12 has important legal consequences for you. In this section you assume responsibility and liability. This may result in you being penalized under applicable laws and / or becoming financially liable to Tbadel and / or other persons for additional amounts. You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements or other unsolicited communications to Tbadel email addresses or through Tbadel 's computer system is strictly prohibited by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that Tbadel may from time to time monitor email usage using human monitors or automated software to flag certain words associated with spam or fraudulent messages sent between one user and another in the Tbadel email system and any communications between you and any other user utilizing the communication features available on the Service and the Website may be used only in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of Tbadel's computer systems is a violation of these terms and certain applicable laws. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agent to civil and criminal penalties and fines.

 

 

 

13. Transactions with companies and individuals

This Section 13 has important legal consequences for you. This Section excludes or limits the legal responsibilities and liabilities of Tbadel ; any rights you may have against Tbadel are limited or excluded ; and you assume any responsibility or liability. As far as the law allows, and subject to Section 19, Tbadel is not responsible for any of your interactions with any organizations and / or individuals on the Electronic Application or through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, payment, delivery of goods, provision of services, and other terms, conditions, warranties, and representations associated with any interactions you may have with other organizations and / or individuals. These dealings are solely between you and the organizations and / or individuals. As far as the law allows, and subject to Section 19, Tbadel is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or interactions. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, to the extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 19, you hereby release Tbadel , its officers, employees, agents and successors from any and all claims and damages ( actual and consequential ) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such dispute and / or our Service.

 

 

 

14. Service Limits and Termination

This Section 14 has important legal consequences for you. This Section excludes or limits the legal responsibilities and liabilities of Tbadel ; any rights you may have against Tbadel are limited or excluded; and you assume any responsibility or liability. Tbadel may establish limits from time to time concerning use of the Service , including without limitation the maximum number of days that Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number and size of postings, emails, and other Content that may be transmitted or stored by the Service, and the frequency with which you may access the Service or the Electronic Application. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 19, Tbadel has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted by the Electronic Application or the Service. Tbadel reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service ( or any part thereof ) with or without notice, and that Tbadel shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Tbadel has the right ( but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to cancel or deactivate your account , block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service ( or any part thereof ) immediately and without notice, and remove or delete any Content within the Service for any reason or for no reason at all. 15. Waiver

Any claim you may have against the ( Tbadel ) application must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manama , Kingdom of Bahrain. The failure of the ( Tbadel ) application to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid ( including, without limitation, due to the conflict of laws of other jurisdictions ) or unenforceable, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should use its best efforts to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision. If any provision or provisions of these Terms are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way. You further agree that any legal action or proceeding brought by you arising out of or relating to your use of the Service and / or the Application must be commenced within a reasonable time and in any event within (1) one year after the action is filed.
